*Bale Formation and Tensioning: As more material is added, it is pressed against the previously compacted waste. An automated tensioning system at the exit gate narrows or widens the channel to ensure the bale reaches the exact density and weight required.
*Automatic Tying: Once the bale reaches a pre-set length, the machine pauses the ram. An integrated needle system passes wires through the chamber, and an automatic twisting mechanism knots the wires to secure the bale.
*Ejection: The newly tied bale is pushed out through the discharge chute by the force of the next bale being formed, making it ready for transport by a forklift.
