What is a Vibrating Screen?
Vibrating Screen is a mechanical device designed to separate materials based on their size. The screen consists of a vibrating mechanism that shakes the material, allowing smaller particles to pass through apertures in the screen surface while larger particles remain on top.
After the material enters the vibrating screen, the vibrating motor drives the screen surface to move upward and forward in a straight line. While the material is beating on the screen surface, the Divergating bars loosen the material and prevent covering of the screen decks. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen
Operational Mechanism of Vibrating Screen
The vibration force of swing vibration tumbler screen generated by the drive device is an inertial force that changes in a certain pattern. The screening motion is a reciprocating inertial force generated by the rotation of the eccentric wheel driven by the motor around a fixed axis. The screen surface is generally horizontal or slightly inclined. After the sieve machine is started, the screen body reciprocates back and forth under the action of inertial force, so that the materials on the screen surface follow the screen box and performs a rotary motion on the plane to complete the screening work, the basic rotary motion is very similar to manual screening.
